So I'm originally from RI but am currently a grad student at UFlorida. I got Alejandro while I was down here. I'm starting to plan for winter break, and was wondering if anyone has taken their beardie on a plane before? I'm only going back for a week... and I can't decide if it would be less stressful to leave him with a pet-sitter here, or to take him with. He's used to A LOT of attention and getting out,and we're very bonded since hes the only pet I have in the house. I guess I'm a bit overprotective, but I'm just not sure if I trust anyone here enough to give him the same level of care. I was thinking I could get heat packs and wrap him in a blanket for the plane rides incase its cold. I'm just worried with all the new TSA regulations that he'd have to go through the x-ray machine- probably too heavy a radiation dose for a 400-gram being (or if he has to get a pat-down lol) and I'm not sure if their ears pop, or if any other negative/ stressful things would occur. I'd really rather not be without him for a week, but I'm thinking 2 plane trips in a week's time might be too nerve-wracking for a young dragon. What do y'all think? Thanks
