I just received my order of 500 crickets from fluker farms and will not be a repeat customer! I discovered upon bringing the box inside that crickets were getting out. I discovered that they had cut a 1 11/2inch hole in the pox and slapped an inspected by sticker on the side over the hole and not sealed properly. Also the care taken indicates inspected by either # 1, or 7 or letter C it looks kinda like someone dropped a sharpie on it and said good enough. Also we had a HUGE number of worms living in the box with the surviving crickets, Ie the live crickets not stuck to the back of the inspection sticker. I have never seen this low of quality before in general, not to mention the crickets didn't look terribly healthy. I will be contacting them about the situation but have found that an Anole owner had a similar experience. I expected them to be reputable but have found them to be completely inadequate, I have no plans to feed these insects to my Mojo....Anyone had similar experiences?

I suggest seeing what the local pet store would charge, mine said $26 for 1000. I had a bad expierence with Southern cricket wholesale as they "lost" my order and never sent me anything. How do you lose an internet order? They had it when I called them last week to inquire about about shipping info as I was given none when I filled out my order. I'll pay a couple extra bucks if it means I get my order and get to see my order to ensure that they are healthy looking feeders. I've been reading a lot on the subject and see it as hit or miss. Think about it , they don't care if I never order from them again, the local pet store will though. Just my 2 cents.

I just made an order of 500 to Millbrookcrickets.com, it was 13 dollars shipped for 500, and 1000 was only 18 shipped, did alot of looking and they seemed to be the cheapest so far, other places wanted 24-28 bucks shipped. I will let you know how they look when i get them. They seem to know what they are doing there, 30 years of service. Was going to go with a larger order but didnt want half to die, will soon be getting roaches. but yea anyway check out there site, you may have to use Internet explorer because i was having troubles with my firefox browser so i called and she asked me to try IE and it worked fine. Good luck

They never responded to the email. Just called and they apologized offered to resend the crickets but we asked for a refund. They are gonna refund it for us. If you have a problem look up the phone number or you may not hear back from them. They said that the worms are normal though not in the quantity we got and you can feed them to reptiles. Don't know that I trust doing that though because I have heard they are typically found in unhealthy setups with lots of die off. Im gonna see how premiumcrickets.com turns out. Breed my little Dubias Breed!

i use primiumcrickets.com and they are great. i do the 2nd day air and you get a few dead ones but for the most part they were all alive and health when i got them. i would recomend them to you but i would say that roaches sound like they are the better way to go

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
