"Flickering" UVB

My UVB Reptisun t8 bulb is spazing out. It's not humming or anything, just has this odd "strobe" effect yet the light isn't turning off, it's just intensity,

We lost the reciept of the bulb so, we can't return it (yikes), but can we still use it? It's just utterly annoying to look at, but if its okay for the dragon, then I guess it's okay with me

On it's way out …. or the starter circuit in the hood is faulty.

If it takes one of these https://www.bunnings.com.au/crompton-4w-65w-fluorescent-starter-2-pack_p4378960 or something similar , replace it , might fix the problem .

False alarm.. I accidentally plugged the UVB into the lamp dimmer which is why it was flickering.. Sorry!!
