Fixture or bulb issue?

So my bulb just fell out of my fixture. It looks like its risted/burned through the part the screws into the fixture? I know little about bulbs other than what I have learnes here. Its in a 8.5in ceramic fixture dome. I havent touched it since setting it up in november :/ is this normal? Did I not screw it in right or something? Right now I have a back up 100w for basking but that wont grt her warm enough so im omw to get a 150w. Should I just get a different brand? Any advice really
appreciated. Also ignore the coil I juat havent had time to get rid of it. Dragon has a T8 properly placed.

I would replace the whole thing--- you never know what the deal is-- is the dome the correct wattage for the bulb - if not that would be one reason for the blow out

Yes its good for up to 150watts. I have two spare domes and I switched to one with my 100watt just in case. Unfortunately the 100 is also a Thrive bulb. Im going to get a couple exo terras tonight I think. Switch everything see if it happens again I guess :/

Yep its a trial and error thing -- you will haft to see what is causing the issue -- dont know if its the plug the fixture or the plug in itself
