Fixture for Arcadia 12%?

Hi all. I'm about to order an Arcadia light, and I have couple questions. Is http://www.lightyourreptiles.com/ard3rela18fa.html the right one (18 inches)? My tank is 36", but I may upgrade to a 55 gallon tank in the future. I'm wondering if getting the 24 inch, would be better. I would spring for the 36" but it would barely fit in my current tank.

My next question is the fixture. This bulb says it fits any normal fluorescent fixture, and I've never even used a fluorescent bulb before soooo I'm not sure what to get. Does anyone have a fixture they would recommend? Somewhere from amazon would be good or even walmart, home depot, and lowes so I could just pick it up. Thanks in advance!

I can't wait to see how my beardie reacts to the Arcadia. I hear tremendous things about them.

This is a link to the bulb + a fixture for it.

If you want to just buy the bulb, you can buy a fixture at most any home improvement store (i've even seen them at walmart). You will want to get a fixture that will fit your bulb length wise, and you want it to be a T5 fixture as your bulb is a T5.

Thanks, I might wind up getting that. I'm just wondering if I can find a better deal on a fixture. I'm concerned about it making a loud buzzing noise. Do you know if that has to do with the bulb or the fixture?
