Im new to the world of reptiles and trying to make sure im doing this right..ive read different things about the lighting. I have 2 ceramic domes one with a basking lamp and the other a UVB. but i keep reading the compacts are bad. Her bask rock is at 109 and cool side around 84

That looks pretty good. There are climbing areas as well as hide/shade areas. You may want to have extra sets of the carpet on hand because it will need to be washed frequently to remain sanitary. Easier to just drop a new set in as needed rather than wait for one to be washed and hang dry. I do think that your compact bulb is out of range at that distance. They have a limited output with optimal distance at around 6-8'' from the bulb. Their output drops off quickly at distances beyond that. That looks like the 36''x18''x18'' similar to what I have. I suggest a 22'' T5 bulb with reflective fixture. Put that on top over the basking side and set the basking area to be about 12'' below the bulb. That will give you a really nice late morning sunlight level of UVB over the basking area. I'd go with one of these options:
