Hm.. I may just risk it considering I live in Florida it wouldn't take long to get here, or be in bad temps.. You guys are right it would probably be a big hassle asking for a refund.
Edit: this is a joke. Even if I sign her "waiver" she has to do "creative shipping" and charge me extra, which will be at least another $50 dollars.. This is unbelievable. And I can almost promise you, without her "creative shipping" that it won't ship next weekend either because the temps are nearly identical to this week. I'm asking for a refund and keeping you guys posted. I also have my phoenix worms coming now and I don't want those to just be sitting in my cooler for a few weeks, so that could be more money wasted.
Edit2: Terri has informed me of no refund policy, I called my bank and told them that I wanted a refund for something that I haven't even received yet. The bank said they will give me a credit for the amount I paid, and contact me when further information is available on the matter, and that it could take up to 90 days.
