Finally...

So I finally got my beardie bright and early this morning...it amazed me the way they get packed into a box but atleast he is okay. He is very alert. Since I havent had a baby in over a year I forgot how small they are and how fast. Today I'm just gonna leave him alone and just let him get used to his cage. Everytime I do something he is watching me. I gave him 4 crickets and he ate 3. I might give him a bath later tonight whenever I get home from work. Heres a couple of pics I didnt get too many because I didnt wanna have him out for long...Still havent game any suggestions will be appreciated.

How many crickets should he be eating? I havent had a baby in a long time so I really dont remember. On his first day (yesterday) he ate like 4 in the morning and about 10 or 11 at night. Then this morning he ate 14. So is this alright? Also is it okay to give him a BATH tonight? Oh and another question our thing is saying its reading 120 but i mean we put our hand under there and it doesnt seem that hott. Is this okay? We put it at more of an angle so it wouldnt be directly down. Thanks.

Remember that beardies go thru relocation stress so he may not be eating that much right now, but continue to offer him what ever he can eat in a 10 minute period about 3x a day. Before you know it he will be eating you out of house and home. Babies usually eat between 60 and 100 crickets or roaches per day give or take.
I would say yes give him a bath as he will need the extra hydration sense he is not eating that much right now.

If you are useing a MVB then you don't want it to be at an angle it must be level to work properly and if not level it may burn out prematurely.
Also what are you takeing your temps with if it is not a digital probe or temp gun they may be incorrect. The types they normally sell at pet store can be up to 20* off.
