Everyone, meet Hiccup!
I have waited a year to adopt a dragon and I finally have one!
Hiccup is roughly 13", and I'm assuming he's a sub-adult. He was kept in a 30 gallon tank with another full grown male that bit him and he was never taken to the vet. My local rescue took him in and amputated all of his fingers on his right foot except for his middle finger.
They said that he only eats 2 or 3 dubias a day but I am going to offer him more so that he will hopefully get bigger! Does he seem underweight to you?
For his setup he is in a 40 gallon with ceramic tiles as a substrate. Reptisun 10.0 T5 for UVB and a 75 watt for heat. He's around 80 on the cool side and his basking spot is 100 degrees. His basking spot is exactly 10" from the UVB. That pink thing you see in the corner is an old t shirt, hopefully he'll get used to my smell
And any comments or concerns on my setup is appreciated!
