So I finally finished my viv's. They are going to sit on top of one another, but I havent finished the peice to go in the middle. These are made with 3/4inch cabinet grade plywood covered with formica on the interior and birch for the face and light box. I have a nice workshop and a variety of tools that I used. If anyone needs any tips on building one let me know! I also am considering building these for people if anyone is interested. I'd be glad to custom build one of these to anyone's specifications. They both have Solarglo MVB's (waiting for my replacement megaray) paired with a flood bulb on the warm side, and a CHE on the right. There are fixtures on top for 4 bulbs to allow for maximum versatility.

Very nice! What would you charge for your enclosures?
I'm not sure what i'd change, with the one without drawers, I'd have mounted the lights higher up. Instead of drilling a 2 inch hole in the ceiling I'd build a box where the bulb would be flush with the ceiling. That way I could use a higher wattage secondary bulb next to the viv. Also I could build the basking spot higher. I'm going to start working on/designing some styrafoam platforms, etc. I'd also change little things in the way I constructed it, like the joints I used to construct the "carcass".

I thought you said change. oops. lol
Ya know, I'm not quite sure what I'd charge. I think a lot of it would depend on the type of wood I use. Using nice birch and cabinetgrade birch ply is a bit more expensive than regular ply (but well worth it). I know the materials cost me a couple hundred, including the lights, fixtures, wood, glass, formica, etc. If someone or yourself would like to inquire about having one of these custom enclosures, I'd be more than happy to discuss options and pricing. I will tally up the amount everything cost and we will see.

Great job! Love the one with the drawers of course! Nice way to keep all of the Beardies food resources and accessories tucked away in etc..

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
