Well what a delightful surprise I got when I got home from work :roll: .
George had done a very small poo but had managed to cover herself in it from head to foot and the entire inside of her viv. On top of this, she had polished her salad, consisting of red bell pepper, celery and red cabbage (she seemed to particularly love the bell pepper as her mouth and lips were bright red!)
Not content with eating her salad and scattering it all over her viv, she had apparently been laying in it too and her body was a combination of poop stains and bright red :roll: She had then apparently been glass dancing all day as the glass was absolutely filthy. I sat there pondering how the heck I was going to get her out and into the bath without getting caked in filth myself (I had a white shirt on). I ended up picking her up with some kitchen towel so as not to get mess on my clothes. I then wondered how I was going to full up her bath whilst holding her at the same time. In the end, I thought big bath time. Managed to get her into the bath without too much trouble and cleaned her from head to toe. Result - lovely clean beardie
I then wrapped her in a beardie burrito and sat her on the couch while I set about cleaning the mess that was her viv. The viv is now as sparkling as George is and she was non-plussed by the whole event.
I think I'll go back to non-red salad items from now on :lol:
