Few concerns

hi everyone!
I have a few concerns with my 4 month old rankins, I’ve had him a month now if not more and up till now he has been doing amazing! other than the fact he still wont eat any greens/veg (I do feed the insects the veg aswell) I’ve recently started feeding him mealworms as part of his diet and since that he has completely went of other foods! once fed in the morning he won’t eat nothing for the rest of the day, he does still go to the toilet and stool is looking pretty normal I think so I was just wanting some people thoughts on what to do? his belly is also looking pretty round when hes on his feet (that’s after he’s been to the toilet aswell) I will attach a photo of him and his stool,
