Femoral Pores

I have notices these bumps on our BD that I never noticed before. After looking it up they are femoral pores, since I am just wondering if they look normal? I just want to make sure they don't look clogged or impacted or if there is anything I should be doing to care for them. I also put a picture of his tank.

We have only had him since Dec. of last year. They said he was a year old when we got him. He was 14in long, now he is 16in not sure of his weight. They said the sex is a boy, can anyone tell if that is correct from the picture lol. Just curious!

Those are indeed normal, I dont see anything wrong with them either.

Also I cant tell you the sex in that picture because of his position. To tell the sex I would need him on a flat surface with his tail arched so that you can slightly see his vent.

One bumps female, two are male.
