I have had my brothers Bearded Dragon for about 6 months now. He is in the military over in the far east. I have been taking care of her. She has been acting really strange lately. Seems to be digging on her playsand. I got to speak with him breifly this morning and he said "maybe she is looking to to lay EGGS!" how is this possible? She has never been around another dragon? I searched the forum here and have seen posts about infertile eggs. Can this be possible? She is about 3 1/2 years old.

Hi there,
Yes! This is definately possible for females to lay a few infertile clutches in their lifetime without ever having come in contact with any males.
My girl laid two infertile clutches two weeks ago.
The general signs you look for in females getting ready to lay are:
a swollen buddah belly
a loss of appetite
digging
increased activity

Does this sound about right?
If so you will want to make her a lay-box.

Yea, that's exaclty what she is doing. OK now what? Will she just lay them? What do I do?

She wont just lay them, she'll want somewhere secure to do so.
So Id recommend makign a laybox.
You need to get a deep plastic box and fill it with damp sand or soil. If you're using sand it needs to be "sandcastle consistancy" so that she can dig and bury her eggs without the sand collapsing in on them.
She needs to have enough room to move around in the box and probably needs at least 6 inches to dig down into.
If you want some better instructions on a laybox just type it into google, the first few results are good.

When you notice her beginning to dig put her into the laybox.
She might not start digging right away but if you do it whenever she starts to dig then she might learn whats going on.
If she refuses to dig in it after a few attempts you may want to leave her in the box for a day or so to see if she is ready to lay yet.

Hope this helped.
