Female Beardie Scary ?

So I’ve had Sevyn for about 10 months now I had her since she was a baby . Got her from a reptile show . She’s always been super alert like whenever someone walks in the room she’s staring , get close to her tank she starts following you with her eyes . I notice sometime when I go to open her tank she gets jumpy ? Probably because of the sound ? I don’t believe she’s scared of me because when I go to pick her up (belly under) or from the side she doesn’t tense up , doesn’t try to run .. she actually just lets me . When I try to put her back in her tank she practically tries to crawl right back up my arm . I’m guess I’m a little sensitive more than usual today because this morning I opened her tank to get her old greens she tensed up at the lid noise and when I brought food back she ran into her hide ? Idk ?

It sounds like she's just getting a bit startled either by the sound or by approaching from overhead. It's tough to get around if you have a tank with a top opening lid rather than front doors. Try to come towards her slowly and from in front of her to minimize surprise a bit. It shouldn't cause much issue if she is relaxed when you are holding her though.
