Feel like a bad mom today.

So, I woke up late (like 15 minutes after I should have left) and didn't have time to make salads for Iksar and Reptar this morning. I rushed out the door without even saying good morning. I peeked in and they were sitting on their bowls waiting, but I just couldn't this morning. It feels like it is going to be a sucky day.

Aww don't feel bad. I'm sure they know you're a great mom Think of how much happier you've already made their lives feeding and cuddling them every day compared to what they'd have to go through if they lived in the wild. They'll just be extra excited when you get home

Thank you, guys! It doesn't help that I woke up with a killer cold this morning, so I guess it is making me a little down. I'm sure the kids and I will be just fine this afternoon. Their new lights are sitting on the doorstep at the house, according to Fedex's tracking site, and I'm sure lots of awesome crickets, a good salad and some run around time this evening will make up for it.
