For an adult beardie, this does seem reasonably okayish. But in the wild beardies aren't like snakes or crocodiles, which will eat one large serving and then won't eat for long amounts of time. Bearded dragons on the other hand, hunt for insects almost everyday. Feeding your bearded dragon every 2-3 weeks is like putting her in a mini brumation every time, she'll feel way more 'natural to her instincts' if you feed her every 1-3 days. Beardies should also be having a good balance of both veggies and protein. Too much or not enough at the right time of each can interuption digestion and harm the liver. Too much protein at once will be very hard for her to break down without enough veggies to back her up. But this does not mean you can add in more veggies at the time when she eats so much protein, as she will overdose in vitamins.
May I ask how long you have been doing this? If you had've done it when she was a juvenile it could've been quite harmful.
