feeding to much?

I recently bought Cletis from a family who just got done breeding their beardie. he is approx 5months old now and well I have been doing alot of research and was wondering if I may be feeding him to much. I have been feeding him greens in the morning(he doesn't eat that much of them, but he loves when I put carrots in there every now and then), and he will usually eat about 30 small crickets. I have been dusting them in calcium powder. after I get home from work I then feed him more crickets and he usually eats about 30 more. is he old enough to cut down to one meal a day? or should I keep feeding him this much for a few more months? When Puff was 5 months, he was exactly the same! I would give put some collards in a pile on his dish, some carrots in a pile on his dish, and some zuccini in a pile on the dish... I'd go to work, come home, and the only thing he had eaten was the carrots! lol never touched the other piles, but there wasn't even a trace of carrot! As for the crickets... Puff was eating like that too. I was only feeding Puff once a day, sometimes twice, but I think your supposed to be doing it twice. They say the beardie will eat what he wants, then stop... I don't know about you, but Puff will litterally eat crickets till his belly is dragging on the ground and he can barely move... I personally will stop feeding him until he poops it out because it looks like it hurts being that full. Do you let your little guy run a lot? I used to let Puff run around my office for hours (I mounted a heat lamp under my desk and put a rock under it so he could warm up, then run and run, and run, then climb back up on the rock and warm up again). I'm not positive on this one, but I would think that if your beardie is getting lots of exercise It would need more food. If your beardie just sits all day, it shouldn't need so much. I'm not really sure if that was helpful, but let me know...
