Feeding tips for greens?!

So my beardie is almost a year old now, for the longest time he would eat greens just fine, I was always feeding him collard and dandelion. Recently he's only took a few bites of it in the morning then nothing. This morning I was out of dandelion so I just put some lettuce in there. I know it's not good for him, but he started to eat it and already has ate most of it. Is there any way I can get him back on the good greens more consistanly? Or like anything I can put on te lettuce to make it better? Somewhere I heard dusting to lettuce with calcium works

There's nothing wrong with lettuce. There's just nothing right with it either.

It's basically just water and ruffage with no nutritional content. However,

a few leaves here and there are good for helping with hydration.

If he likes the lettuce, then take some lettuce and mix it in with other

"good" greens (mustard greens, turnip greens, dandelion greens, etc).

Maybe that way he'll get back to eating it all.

When I feed Toa there are still greens in his bowl, I toss his feeders in on top and they usually crawl underneath them and when he goes to grab them he gets a few more mouthfuls of greens. Maybe you can try that. Hope this helps!
