quick question. our bearded dragons are kind of snobby when it comes down to food. leatherface seems to be more into veggies more than crickets. he'll eat the crickets on occasion and just went through a shed. the youngest actually hunts for crickets however sometime he just kind of gives up looking for them. i'm nervous about the 15 minutes of feeding rule because if they don't eat any of the crickets what should i do? offer them up again in another hour or wait till their next feeding time. it's hard to tell when they are hungry and i leave fresh veggies in both of their enclosures to try to get them used to it. i did notice that i dropped a few in leatherfaces cage and he ate them after i left but i'm sketchy about leaving crickets in there...even in the day time.
update: i've started leaving the veggies out of the cage until the evening. they seem kind of about it but i feel that it's important as their caretaker that i get them on a good solid schedule.
