Feeding Superworms?

Perseus is currently 18in and 6 months old. I wanted him to get longer than 16in to be on the safe side before introducing supers. Are supers ok to feed as a stable? If so does the 10-15 min rule count? If not then how many should be fed in one setting?

They are fine staples for adults, but not for dragons that are still growing. You can feed them, just don't rely on them as the sole protein source.

No more than 5 or 6 should be given a day, other insects should still be added to the diet, think of the superworms as more of a treat for right now.
