Hi,
I am a new Beardie mom to a beautiful baby boy named Elliott. I'm actually so new, I have not picked him up yet. I have to wait until July 3rd until he is 8 weeks old. I am trying to get as much information and planning done as possible. I was wondering if there was a minimum amount of time you need to have the lights on after you feed them. I get home from work at 5:30pm. I was going to do the 2nd feeding of the day at that time and have lights off be at 8:00pm. Is this leaving enough time for digesting, or should I adjust it to have lights off be later.
Also, I know you are supposed to handle your dragon daily, but can you take them out of the cage during their lights on time, or will this cause them to not get enough UVB?
Thanks, Leann
