Feeding question

Hi, I haven't got a beardie yet, I'm still in the collect-information-phase, but I had some questions about diet.

So I know I should feed an adult beardie about 70% veggies, and 30% insects, but how much veggies would that be? Like, a handful every day? More? And if you buy dubias or crickets, how many do you buy at once? And how often do you buy them? (I still live with my mum and she isn't exactly enthusiastic about starting a dubia colony, so that's not an option,for now anyway)

I'd recommend keeping a bowl that has fresh veggies throughout the day. It'll just ensure that your beardie is never hungry.
I know dubia roaches can live for a long time if they're properly feed. And sometimes they can live days without food.
I usually just buy one day's worth of crickets when I buy them. They arent fun to have in the house because they're noisy and smell bad. So I try to feed them off as quickly as possible.
