Feeding question? new owner

Hi everyone! I've been reading and learning from this forum for a couple of months now.
I'm attending a reptile expo on February 11, where I plan to adopt my new beardie.

I have a couple of questions that I hope you guys can answer for me, I plan on adopting a bearded dragon that is in the age between 4-10 months and this is how I plan on feeding him:

I plan on feeding him Dubia roaches twice a day, my first question is, I read on here that they should eat 10-20 bugs, is that per day or per feeding, so if he eats 20 per feeding he would be eating 40 per day?

And for his salad, do I give him a fresh salad twice a day? or only protein twice a day and one salad per day?

And when should I start giving him treats such as mealworms, hornworms, and superworms? I'm assuming when he grows older

And my last question is about my schedule, I plan on turning lights on at 8 AM and feeding him two hours later (10 AM.) Lights off at 10 PM and feeding him before I go to work so that will be around 4 or 430 PM. I'm worried his last feed of the day is too early but I work from 5-10 at night so I won't be home but, if you guys think its too early my mom would love to give him his last feeding two hours before lights off.

I'm sorry for so many questions, I'm an animal lover and want him to be happy in his new home. If you guys have any other advice please let me know! i am a sponge right now and I'm absorbing all of this new knowledge.

Thank you! :D

The lighting hours seem good, and trust me it wont be too early it will be entirely fine.

And yes 10-20 bugs a feeding, so around 40 a day for a 4-12 month old beardie.

If you end up getting a smaller one, a 1-4 month baby beardie should eat around three times a day so that would be 10-20 bugs each feeding and possibly 30-60 bugs a day.

And then as it grows this would probably be the feeding amount.
12-20 months once a day, 10-20 bugs.
20+ Months every other day, 10-20 bugs.
Personally for me once my beardies are at two years they will be moved to every two days, and then once they get up to three years they will be fed insects twice a week.

And as for salads yes one per day, usually collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, and kale then fruit twice a week to once a week, banana, blue berries, strawberries etc.

However if the salad dries out faster than normal you may need to replace it every so often during the day.

At a young age he can eat hornworms, of course make sure they're the right size before hand but they are very squishy so it shouldn't cause a problem. They also have low fat, but have a high moisture content which makes it great for dehydration however not so great when the beardie is fine as it could cause diarrhea.

As for the other treat feeders personally I dont feed them till over 6 months, 4 superworms at max per day, every other day to only once a week.

Mealworms can be fed a bit more often, usually 5-10 per day. Either every day or every other day.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
