feeding need help

Hell I am about to get my first bearded dragon. And there is so many different types of food. I am just really wounding about the frenzied dried said with crickets And worms they say to add warm water. But is healthy for for my bearded dragon? Thank you

Hi. Freeze dried are ok once in a whlie, but really beardies need live feeders. Phoenix worms, crickets, dubia, silk worms, horn worms ans butter worms are all good. Mine wont eat it if it does not move.

OK thank you I just didn't know if it would hurt them or if it has all of the nutrients that they need or if the freezing process took all of the good stuff out.
