Feeding cucumber skin??

Hi guys! I’ve been researching about cucumber skins. Just trying to mix up my dragons diet a bit. Some info says cucumber skins are a “no-no” because it’s hard on their stomachs? But some info says it’s packed with nutrients. What do you all think? Thanks in advance!

I have never fed it and to be safe dont feed it unless someone else on here has experienced w/ feeding it
