So I started a dubia colony about a year ago, and the fact that it is doing so well is actually one of the reasons that I ended up getting a bearded dragon. Well Norman does a really great job of eating a ton of mid-sized dubias, so much so that it is getting kind of hard to pick the proper sized ones out of my roach bin. I do however have a ridiculous amount of adults.
So this is a pretty gross question, but does anyone have any ways of feeding adult dubias to bearded dragons? I tried cutting a few in half with scissors, and he happily gobbled up both ends. The butt end seemed to be a nice juicy treat but the head end seemed to be a whole lot of crunchy bits that he was chewing for a long time. This was also a pretty messy affair as you can imagine. I was thinking if there was a way to throw a whole bunch in a blender, but that will probably be way too goopy and I don't know if Norman would have any interest in eating roach soup.
