Feeder dish for Phoenix Worms

I have been using phoenix worms for a little but took a break and had been feeding superworms, until I got my little Pitaya. I was wondering if anyone has either run across or made a feeding container that i can put in her cage that won't have tons of tiny little escapees! So far I have put them in a tiny strainer I use to wash off the worms from their bedding. They of course climb out eventually and crawl along and essentially become lost.

I have found the key to keeping them contained it to be sure they are very dry. After rinsing I blot them well with a paper towel. Once they are dry I leave them in a shallow bottle lid and they stay put just fine!

Yes since posting i realized that as long as I put them in a the mealworm strainer and shake them off real good than there may only be a couple of escapees. Instead of washing them off and providing the means of escape.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
