Fecal Exams

I will be doing my own fecal exams here soon after ALOT of research. One thing I couldn't find anywhere is what amounts of parasite larvae should I be concerned about in the exam? I've seen on numerous occasions that parasites live in dragons regardless but their immune system keeps them in check, so I assume that I would find larvae at any given time... so I guess to sum my question up, are there healthy and unhealthy amounts of parasite larvae in fecal exams?

Actually I've got one ordered already. It's called understanding reptile parasites☺. it was recommended by a couple different sources I came across while researching. It may have the answer to my question inside it, but I figured I'd ask on here to see if anyone had some insight on it ?
