Fecal check came back with parasites

Just wanted to get some of the experienced owners opinion on how my vet is dealing with my dragon. My vet has a number of years of exotic experience and is supposed to be the best reptile vet in my city so ive been going with what she has been saying so far. She did seem to think that they get water through the vent though which was odd, I didnt say anything about it.

Anyway my little man got his first checkup the other day, he is coming up on 5 months now and weighed around 240g at the vet. The physical exam came back great she said everything was good and he only felt a little constipated - she asked me to feed more crickets (i use alot of silkworms and BSFL so ive added a few more cricket feedings now for fibre).

So thats all good but the fecal exam came back and here are the parasite counts she saw:

wet mount:
coccidia - 0-3/40x
trichamonus 0-2/40x

float:
pinworm 0-3/ 10pf *<- i dont know what the 10pf means sorry :)

and heres her prescribed treatment:
baycox 5% 7units 3 days
fenbandazole 5 days after bay cox

from what ive researched the treatment seems like a good choice, i was just wondering about the parasite counts. hopefully this clears him up, she also said there is a low chance he got the parasites from crickets and likely from other dragons. I bought him from a great canadian breeder in Ontario but i suppose they could still have had low parasite counts in their dragons. anyway if anyone can let me know what they think about her evaluation that would be great, my dragon seems really healthy other than her parasite diagnosis, to be honest his poos aren't even that smelly and are well formed so im not sure whats going on.

Hi there, some vets would treat at that level and others might not since the dragon is in good health. Baycox [ toltrazuril ] would be for the coccidia, usually just a couple of doses are given, your vet has prescribed it for 3. Fenbendazole [ Panacur ] is for the pinworms and usually given for a slightly longer period of time. Keep him well hydrated, oral hydration if he'll take it because that is the way to hydrate them. Hopefully your guy will do just fine on these meds. :)

Thank you so much for the reassurance :) I will try and give him some more hydration while hes on them !

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
