Eye problem

My Beardie just started coming out of Brumation and today she woke up and came to the front of her tank. I saw one her eyes closed, slightly discolored. She's fully active, no other signs of injury or infection that I can tell. She's housed alone. She has a Repti 10, and basking light. Reptile carpet as substrate, and eats mostly supers. She is a pain to get to eat greens though I offer. Her food is supplemented with calcium and D3. I gave her a warm bath in a humid room as well as gently used a wet (warm) q-tip. The most I got for those efforts was a big poo but that was normal looking. She keeps rubbing it but I don't know what to do to help her.

The Reptisun 10 is a tube bulb, correct?
What type of substrate are you using now?
What is the humidity in the tank? It should not be any higher than 30-40% really, to avoid a respiratory issue.
She just came out of brumation, so it is possible she may have a minor eye irritation from being in brumation or a respiratory issue. Has she exhibited any breathing trouble?

Yes, tube, substrate rep. carpet, humidity is 33% and not that I've seen. A lot of beard puffing but that's normal when she starts waking up from Brumation.
