My bearded dragon Bella is 7.5months old....she has gone on and off in terms of her eating. She has not shed in about a month (except for her legs.) She is about 21-22in now. a couple weeks ago she decided to do the whole, i don't eat crickets thing....I have been feeding her roaches and superworms....about 10-15 roaches and 5-6 superworms per day. She has never been a huge salad eater but she does eat about a small hand full of greens each day..until recently. When i offer her food her eyes dialate (go really small then really big) Sometimes she will make a weak attempt at take the food but doesn't take it. She had her first bowl movement in about 4 days after i started giving her daily baths. Sometimes she makes a squeeking sound when i mess with her but she has always done this, just a little bit more recently. She tends to shy away from her basking spot and will curl up in the far coldest corner of her cage when i get home. This led me to 3 conclusions to the problem.
1. Seasonal changes./brumation (too young?)
2. Respiratory infection
3. Impaction
Hopely after this bowel movement she will improve. She alway looks happy...in fact before she started doing this she was almost hyperactive for a few days...which makes me more worried that her behavior is so sporadic. any response is appreciated!
