Extremely bad smelling tail

Hi guys!

So far so good, she is active, eating and basking and has more energy than before I feel. At the moment she is exploring on my desk, had a nice big poop now, biggest in a long while. She is doing great! Diamc, he did not give any antibiotics as he didn't feel comfortable giving without knowing which would be safe as he has no knowledge on them, I do have baytril on hand but have no idea about dosage, but can calculate when needed.

That's wonderful ! As long as her tail looks good she should be fine. Keep a close eye that it looks as good or better every day, take note of any worsening, but beardies handle cuts very well if everything is kept clean and they usually heal very well. Keep her warm + in the enclosure until she's well healed, not too much free roaming.

I am happy to hear she is doing so well after surgery!
She shouldn't need antibiotics, but if she does, I can help with dosing if you need.
Has she been eating pretty good so far? I hope she continues to stay active & improve for you daily.
