Ever had mites on eggs?

I thought I was keeping everything sanitary but when I checked on my eggs I noticed that there were several small, small white bugs on the good eggs. I need to know how to efficiently clean out the incubator. Will the mites destroy the eggs I have left? I am going to to move them into a sterile container now.

ive never experienced mites on any of my eggs...my first guess would be that they cant do any harm b/c of the leathery shells, but I may be wrong?? maybe someone else can provide some better insight. just move with caution if you transfer them to another container... dont know what medium you are using but ive always had great success with hatchrite.
