hey there folks, just joined so i thought i'd introduce myself
i'm apollo and i'm the proud owner of a bearded dragon girlie named anguirus, amongst other pets both scaley and furry.
she's about two and a half and i got her second-hand from family friends (who didn't take care of her too well, unfortunately) so she's missing a few toes and part of her tail but she's still my perfect lil princess
when we got her the poor thing was in a 20 gallon tank (she was about a year and some months old) and she was being fed only mealworms and kale, once i got her through, i bought her a nice big ol tank and widened her diet (she was very picky at first and only wanted to eat what she was used to eating, now she eats all sorts of things and is nice and healthy!)
she's very loving and just loves to sit on my lap when i'm working, and everyday she has a 10-15 minute stroll around the house (or walk outside with her on my shoulder on nice days) and if i happen to forget one day, she'll 'glass dance' until i finally let her out, haha! she sure has a lot of character and i love her to bits
