So Elvis was looking rather skinny the past couple of weeks and he refused to eat his Phoenix worms, only because I spoiled him and gave him some superworms. I decided about two weeks ago to start feeding him the large superworms instead, about 35 worms a week. Elvis loves his superworms so he was eating them up. But now he won't go to the bathroom, it's been probably three weeks since the last time he went. I wasn't concerned only because he hadn't really been eating a lot. But now has gotten so fat from the worms so I stopped feeding him the worms until he goes to the bathroom. I've tried giving him a warm bath every other day as well as giving him about 5cc of extra virgin olive oil every other day. But nothing seems to be working, I've also been rubbing his belly to try to help him work it out and to see if I felt any blockages which I didn't... should I be worried? Does anyone else have any suggestions? He doesn't look like he doesn't feel well and he's running around his cage like normal. I also put some raisins in with his greens to see if that will make him go since it has in the past. I was thinking of trying some squash baby food which he loves, but I'm not sure if that will actually make him go or just make him fatter.
