Elvis won't poop!

So Elvis was looking rather skinny the past couple of weeks and he refused to eat his Phoenix worms, only because I spoiled him and gave him some superworms. I decided about two weeks ago to start feeding him the large superworms instead, about 35 worms a week. Elvis loves his superworms so he was eating them up. But now he won't go to the bathroom, it's been probably three weeks since the last time he went. I wasn't concerned only because he hadn't really been eating a lot. But now has gotten so fat from the worms so I stopped feeding him the worms until he goes to the bathroom. I've tried giving him a warm bath every other day as well as giving him about 5cc of extra virgin olive oil every other day. But nothing seems to be working, I've also been rubbing his belly to try to help him work it out and to see if I felt any blockages which I didn't... should I be worried? Does anyone else have any suggestions? He doesn't look like he doesn't feel well and he's running around his cage like normal. I also put some raisins in with his greens to see if that will make him go since it has in the past. I was thinking of trying some squash baby food which he loves, but I'm not sure if that will actually make him go or just make him fatter.

I'm thinking that his temp on his basking spot isn't hot enough, I checked it yesterday and it was only 90 degrees. The problem I'm running into is that the 100 watt isn't hot enough but the 150 watt is too hot. I have the 100 watt on his cage right now, I'm gonna go to the local pet store tomorrow and get the 150 watt and see if that helps. I had this problem with him about six months ago and when I took him to the vet it cost me $300 and all he did was make sure he was hydrated and give him a shot of something (not sure what) and then he went to the bathroom two days later. I'm going to change the bulb and then give him some more olive oil but I just don't want to give him too much. Any suggestions on how much is a good amount??

As far as the olive oil goes, you should only be giving him a drop or two, I wouldn't give him any more than that. You could pick up some 100% canned pumpkin, that should help clean him out or even some baby food applesauce heated until it is quite warm. Either of those he should willingly lick off. I wouldn't give him anymore live feeders until he is totally cleaned out. Another thing you could do is after bathing and giving him either the pumpkin or applesauce, lay him down on a warmed rice sock that is wrapped in a wash cloth, then wrap both up together, that should help move things along too. Giving oral fluids also helps too.

I'm not sure what it was specificly but when I was feeding Marley a mix of baby food squash, pedialyte and a touch of olive oil she went at LEAST every day. Before that she wasnt going at all cuz her previous owner kept her on kitty litter and fed strictly mealworms (recipe 4 disaster). Oh and maybe if 150 is too much you could get a second lamp with a house bulb. You can play with wattage on the second bulb until you find what combo works or maybe a UTH? Jus some thoughts..

He FINALLY pooped today. I tried giving him some pedialyte and then he ended up going about two hours later so I guess that did the trick. I also gave him another bath today so that may have been part of the reason. Yeah I think I may have been giving him too much olive oil in the past because then his poops get all runny. I hope it didn't do any damage, but I know now for in the future how much to give to him. I adjusted his lighting so hopefully that will help out for the future as well. Thanks for the advice :)

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
