Hey guys soo after hearing all the terrible things about imp action and sand I decided to get rid of the sand from my baby beardies Viv I had kitchen towel in there temporarily and then today I brought the exo terra sand mat I thought it looked cool and the sand is stuck on so no chance of impaction but it has this strong smell to it Like it's probably ok but really really strong does anyone have any experience with this?

It's probably fumes from the chemicals used in manufacturing. It might be good to leave it out in open air for a couple of days and see if the smell dissipates.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
