EATING!!!

Hi there had my beardie now for 2 weeks and he is still only eating about 5/6 small black crickets and 3/4 mealworms a day is this enough for a baby? And also ive noticed hes contsantly sittin in his cold side even though temps are 105F warm end and 75F cool end thanks?

Don't feed the baby mealworms! Their system cannot handle the shell and it could lead to impaction.

Hello,

A baby should be eating at least 50+ insects daily since they grow so rapidly.
What UVB are you using & is it a tube bulb or a compact/coil light? What do you measure
the temperatures with?
As suggested, mealworms are very hard for them to digest so while he is a baby it would be
best to avoid them. The black crickets are great, calcium or phoenix worms, or small silk
worms would be good for him also.
