Eating shed skin ?

My bearded dragon is shedding and whenever that happens i like to bathe her everyday to help with the shedding. So as I was bathing her today a good sized piece of shed skin came off her arm aaannnnddd she ate it. She didnt eat today even though I tried twice. So I have 2 questions to ask:
Is this normal (eating her shed skin) ? and should i try feeding her again even though it's close to sleeping time for her ?

I've seen them go after shed skin before. I'm not exactly sure why but it doesn't seem to be harmful. If you've already offered two meals today that's good enough. I'd just try again tomorrow.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
