What a sweetie
One of mine, Rex, has what I can only call "over-drink" the last couple times he's been given a
bath and I don't know how to stop that because he's doing it himself. The other one, Tara, hasn't ever done it. Has your Evie ever done that?
I don't think she's ever drank too much, if that's what you mean. Some days she drinks a lot, but she usually jumps up when she's done (like in the video) and then wants to sit in the
bath forever (one day she sat there for about half an hour, didn't want out. Other days she jumps right out and refuses to sit in the water). She also enjoys
drinking water droplets off my hand, I tried to get her to do that in the video but she didn't want anymore water.

Man she is beautiful! How old/long is she now? i can see her frill and tail are still in shed! I want one so bad. Although i hear, that not all of them are as sweet and lovable as yours seems to be!
She's a year and a half old (we got her July 2007, she was about a month old then). She's 18 inches long now, and missing about an inch off her tail, so she'd be 19 inches with the full tail. And yep, she is shedding, her stomach is going to shed as well. She started shedding off her face scales today, the frill won't be much longer before that fully sheds.
She is very lovey, likes to be pet and held. She has no problem being picked up and everything, as long as she's not squeezed or confined. We just pick her up and let her go wherever she wants (she usually climbs up my arm and onto my shoulder or neck). But she was socialized as a baby, so she's used to people.

She is getting big isn't she? I can't believe comparing baby pics to those now. And her frill keeps getting bigger, when she yawns I can't believe it's as big as it is. I'll try to get some pics if she yawns or opens it due to the shed - it's hard, have to have perfect timing with the camera (basically stalk her with the camera ready, but then she's more interested in watching me than in doing anything else).
She drinks just about every day, either in her
bath or during a "rinse" - if I'm in a hurry, I'll turn on the sink water and hold her under it, and she'll either lap at the water as it drips on her or lick it off of my hand. Some days in the
bath, I'll go to set her in the water and she'll leap off my hand and then drink. Other days I have to splash the water for her to get interested, or drip it on her nose to get her to drink.
