Early Sexing?

I've been curious about Wolfgang's gender since the day I got him, and have been hoping for a male (which is why I refer to it as "he"). I know it's nearly impossible to tell before they've reached adulthood, but I was curious. I lifted his tail and looked after giving him a bath and was a little surprised to see two clear bumps. Does this pretty much mean he's male? Or is it still just too early to be sure?

Here's a pic...Which is terrible. I had to take it fast so I could get him back under his lights to warm up. If it's not clear enough, I can try getting another one.

Looks like a male too me. You might try for a clearer pic just to make sure though.
