Duo Lamp Fixture for Babies?

I was just wondering if the Mini Combo Deep Dome Dual Lamp Fixture good enough for the baby bearded dragons. Right now I am planning on getting a 20 gallon tank for my baby dragon. What type of lamps do I need and their watts? If i'm going to get this lamp, is it going to harm the baby dragon faster?? Or it doesn't harm them?? How often should I change the bulbs?

Hi. You don't want those coil/compact bulbs. You want a reptisun 10.0 t5 and those last a year. As for basking you want a bright white basking light. You also want a good thermometer. Like a temp gun or digital with a wire probe.

Is their a specific watt for the bright white basting light?

Not really. The wattage will depend on the temperature readings (so it's important to get an accurate reading). You can fine tune it by changing the height of the bulb (I advise no closer than 12'') or using a dimmer (not all bulbs play nicely with a dimmer). But the wattage may take some trial and error.
