dubias or crickets ?

What would be the better staple for baby beardies one is 3 weeks and skinny about 5 inches other is 1 month and fat both seem active and healthy the 1 month old is a little bigger I would like to know what would be better crickets or roaches and how shoild I gut load them

Hi. Dubias have more protein. You can gut load by roach chow and put veggies an fruit, but make sure you don't leave the fruit and veggies with them for to long because mold kills them fast.

Hi. You can look on the for sale section on here or try Craigslist. If non of those Google dubia roach colony's. I have a roach colony and its so nice not to have the smell and noise of the crickets. Or have to run to the pet store.
