Dubia Roach Questions

Hey everybody! I'm looking for new things to feed Rocky and I always hear and read about Dubias. I don't want to breed them/start a colony (I know it's more cost effective but it's not something I'm into right now). I like to switch the food up so I was wondering... If I order a cup of Dubias (probably from Mulberry Farms because they're my go to), are there any instructions on how to keep them alive? The website doesn't give me any info. For example, I'll buy hornworm cups there and it comes with food and they can live right in the cup until they're all gone. Can the roaches live in the cups that they come in as well?

Any help would be great. Also if you get them from another source, let me know!

Roaches just need dark, air, and food. Toss a piece of carrot or greens in the cup, make there are small ventilation holes and put it somewhere dark and they will be fine.

agreed, if they come in a box then keep using that and just seal it up good. they cant climb very well but will if not kept in smooth containers.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
