I was wondering if anyone had tried using this
heatcable.jpg

(the Exo Terra Heat Cable or others) on the outside of a plastic bin for dubia. I cannot find in the literature how hot this cable gets. I would like to get feedback before I purchase it. If you have experience with it & plastic bins please let me know.
Thanks

I've used heat cables (not that one) and they work but they are normally rather high in wattage (mines was 100watts) Flexwatt is much more efficient...

unfortunately I don't think I could use the flexwatt because I don't have the tools/knowledge needed to get it going :?

I got mine already put together with dimmer from eBay. You can choose your width and length and they put everything together before they ship it to you. I can't pull up the actual address cause my phone is acting up but if you search eBay for this number it will pull it up. 230777339193 hope this helps

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
