Dubia food recipe

Hey there does anyone have some good Dubia food recipes? I feed them fresh stuff often but would like a bit more a variety in my feeders! Thank you

I am using up the last of my cricket gut load feed from when I was trying to feed my anole crickets. (turns out he only likes flying insects.). Also, each order of roaches I get comes with some pellets in the bag. Then you can always feed them the same veggies as your beardie.

We raise Dubia roaches, I grind up puppy chow, quite fine and add calcium. Store it in an air tight container. We also give them oranges and uncooked oats. They love them both. Good luck with yours.

I just get bulk rabbit food for $.12/100g from my local pet store, probably about 12-14% protein, sometimes I add oats or bearded dragon pellets. And then fresh carrot/apple/orange/grapes/sweet potato/whatever else I have in the fridge.

No need to over think it.
