Yep, what he said ^^^^
A printed copy should have been included with your order from Jason. It has all the basics on there. Very simple, put them all in the same ventilated tote, add the roach chow (or any dry food like dog food, oatmeal, etc.. variety is good) and the water crystals. Then let them do their thing, they are exceptionally easy to breed. Keep the temperature inside the tote between 85-95 degrees (you may have to get a heat pad or something else if your house is too cold where you keep them at). Every 2-3 days check on your water crystals, add a little more water to them to rehydrate if needed. Remove any uneaten wet food and top off the dry food as needed. You can do a search for Dubias here on the forums and there are a lot of posts detailing people's setups and methods. They are all basically the same.
Two big notes I would add
A) Don't disturb the roaches any more than needed. The less they are disturbed, the better they will breed. They actually thrive on neglect!
B) Resist the temptation to begin feeding some off now. If you feed them off, you will be losing your future breeders and it will take much longer to get a self-sustaining colony. Figure out how many of them you will need to feed per a month, then count up all of your adult females once they are breeding good. If you needed 1500 roaches per a month for feeders (50x a day) then divide that number by 15 (some people like to use 20 here). The end result is how many breeding adult females you will need before you are producing that number and some extras to replace the old breeders and allow for expansion of your colony. So in this case it would take 100 adult females before you could safely begin feeding from your colony. Hope that helps.
