Dry Heat?

I didnt really know where this feel in the categories. In my new double stack I dont know if I have a problem or not. It gets 103 in the basking for Daisy up top and 110 for Cosmos on bottom. Cosmos is 7 months. The tank has sliding doors. I have ventilation holes in the back of it. The one thing that I am concerned about is that when I open the doors up I get a feeling of hot dry air. I havent checked humidity I will do that in a min. I dont know if that is harmful or not. If it is I have two computer fans that I am going to attach.

* humidity is at 30-40
