driftwood?

I have this amazing chunk of driftwood. Its been bleached and baked and been sitting waiting for purpose.
It kindof crumbles apart a bit though... Its solid enough, but I'm just wondering if it would be okay to put it in with my little Twiggy, or if the fact that it crumbles apart and Twiggy likes to taste everything would be risky? I also don't have any idea what kind of wood it is.

I always err on the side of caution..so I would say no..especially if you know your Twiggy is a "taster". I'd hate to see anything happen to him/her. Mabe you can use it in your home as some sort of decoration or something since you like it so much?

Okay, thanks. The driftwood will continue to sit on my desk collecting dust. :lol:
