Dried Crickets

So I bought these dried crickets online for the first time, just to mix some with the live worms I give my beardie. The crickets arrived today but they were in a fish food can. Is it safe to give this to my beardie? I didn't know it was for fish since the auction didn't mention it on the description.

Throw them in the bin
.
You are unlikely to find your beardie will be even remotely interested in eating them.

Live insects are your best bet.

He actually eats anything I give him since he isn't a picky eater. I know dried insects aren't healthy but I'm running out of live worms since I ordered some late and they only ship once a week, which is every Wednesday. I just wanted to know if this is safe for him to eat considering it came in a tin meant for fish.

I wouldn't give them to my pet lizards, you simply don't know what preservatives are in them to make them keep for ages in a can.

If you are desperate , I'd be visiting the local pet shop and buying an emergency supply of crickets or roaches or calcigents to tie him over til the next bulk order shows up.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
